PRO-ACTIVE Central London is one of London’s five sub-regional sport & physical activity partnerships and is part of London South Bank University’s Academy of Sport. The Partnership covers the seven Central London boroughs and aims to improve the health and well being of Londoners, provide strategic co-ordination and contribute to the London 2012 legacy through physical activity and sport.
We are now seeking an exceptional manager to contribute to the business planning and delivery of the Partnership and to be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of key strategic areas to achieve Partnership goals. You will plan, develop and manage partnership projects and programmes working closely with a range of partners across local authorities, education, health, sports governing bodies and the voluntary sector, and will lead on the areas of funding and workforce development.
Essential criteria include a proven track-record of partnership working and project management, experience of staff management and experience of making successful funding applications.
