The Kingston Bone Health Service is looking for an experienced exercise instructor to support us with triaging patients, updating the patient database and delivering some of our exercise classes. The classes run at day time and up to 4 evenings a week and take place at various venues across Kingston.
The Service was established in August 2014 and offers support for individuals that are at risk of or suffer from osteoporosis. We are looking to extend the programme for early knee osteoarthritis diagnosis and prevention therefore having experience at working with individuals with various bone health conditions will be an advantage.
The post-holder is expected to be a qualified exercise instructor and experienced at organising and holding group exercise classes. We are looking for someone who is able to drive and have access to a vehicle which is essential for the post.
We are looking for a friendly and approachable instructor with an interest in working with older people and experience at delivering exercise classes for people suffering from chronic conditions.
