The successful candidate will need to be able to provide a service over at least 3 days per week hours negotiable within service requirements.

At Somerset Partnership, we offer some excellent benefits over and above the standard NHS benefits. Here are just some of them:

Refer a Friend scheme. We recognise that our staff are our most valuable resource. We are therefore keen for people with similar skills, experiences and approach to you to join our team. If you are already employed by us and have a friend or family member who you think would fit in with our culture and values, this scheme enables you to introduce them to the Trust.

If the introduction is successful and leads to your friend being appointed to a role within the Trust, you will both be entitled to an initial payment of £175 after your friend has been in post for three calendar months and a further payment of £175 each after they have been in post for a period of 12 calendar months.

Registration: The Trust welcomes newly qualified staff joining the team and will pay their registration for the first year that they are with the Trust.

Relocation assistance: The Trust already has in place a generous relocation scheme, subject to eligible applicants meeting the terms of the scheme. The full terms of the scheme can be found in the ‘Removal and Relocation Expenses Policy’ under ‘Human Resources’ on the public website.
