The Healthy Lifestyles Team operates a number of commissioned and externally funded services as part of the public health agenda to tackle health inequalities in the City of Lincoln. It delivers these in partnership with a number of organisations including NHS Lincolnshire, Sport England and Lincolnshire Sports Partnership.
As the role involves managing a team of 10.2 FTE staff, casual staff and volunteers plus the programmes delivered by these staff we are looking for someone with proven experience of staff and project management. Excellent communication skills are essential. You will need to have a health background with both academic qualifications and experience and have a good knowledge of healthy lifestyle priorities both local and national.
The post is offered for the period of maternity cover.
