Our client is one of the UK's leading and most innovative health and fitness club operators. They are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and sales focussed club manager to join their site in the heart of Nottinghamshire.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for driving and developing sales on site in line with KPI’s set by the senior management team.

- Responsible for staff rotas.

- Deal with prospects in a professional manner whilst showing them the facilities and assisting them with the online joining process.

- Manage the club within budgetary constraints.

The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 1 years management experience within a medium sized health club or alternatively have a strong sales management or Fitness Management background within a large health club facility. You must have a very strong focus to driving sales and marketing whilst improving retention to increase the site membership base. The successful candidate will also need to be REPS Level 2 qualified.
