Sports Coordinators x 3 Full time position (37.5 hours).

Fixed term contract 1st September 2011 - 31st July 2012

(potential to be extended beyond this date; will be reviewed in April 2012).

With the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games just around the corner, these exciting roles will provide you with the opportunity to really get involved in the grass roots of sport at Merton School Sport Partnership.

We are looking for three self-motivated, reliable and innovative sports enthusiasts with excellent communication skills to join our team. Your typical week at work will involve coaching school children, writing sport plans with your schools, being a key point of contact for our teachers and other community based partners as well as delivering inter school competitions and festivals for our pupils.

You will need to be dynamic and well organised as you work with our schools and other partners to plan and deliver high quality sport competitions, activities, leadership training and coaching.

You must be able to drive and have, or be working towards, a level 2 UKCC coaching qualification. An enhanced CRB check will be required for this post.
