This is an exciting opportunity for to deliver and develop a new approach to Cancer Care and rehabilitation in East or West Berkshire. In collaboration with colleagues at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, Berkshire Healthcare NHS Trust, Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust and Macmillan Cancer Support and other external partners.

The Cancer Rehabilitation Service proactively supports cancer patients to live with and beyond their cancer diagnosis. It actively aims to improve the quality of life for patients by identifying and implementing actions to meet their physical, social, emotional needs. This is achieved through patient triage to physical activity sessions, self-management and educational programmes along with social peer support.
