Salary: Circa £39,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We have an exciting opportunity for a physical activity and behaviour change lead to work with us to ensure that self-management and behaviour change is fully embedded within our organisational strategy.

We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated and enthusiastic person with experience of physical activity and behaviour change as a means to empowering and supporting patients to self-manage their condition.

The post-holder will also act as a subject matter expert for physical activity, self-management and behaviour change and lead on the development of new activities and projects.

You'll need to actively influence and persuade a variety of audiences, both internally and externally, so credibility and good communication skills are essential. If you enjoy a challenge, are patient focused and have the desire to succeed, then we'd encourage you to apply.
