Resistance Training For Health: A reading List

Overview

Most exercise guidelines recommend a range of activities that include regular resistance training. The rationale for this being that the appropriate type, dose, intensity and volume of strength training exercise can help in a variety of ways. This reading list contains a range of papers that examine the impact of resistance training on health.
