Devon & Cornwall Exercise Referral Conference 2012

The conference went well last week with around 80 people attending from across the two counties and from a range of settings. There are a load of tweets from the day on the @UCPMarjonHEPA twitter feed and over the next ten days I will be updating the UCP Marjon website and posting a range of resources from the day.
