An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our Community Falls & Wellbeing Service in Knowsley.

We are looking to develop our service by providing an ‘evidence based’ Postural Stability Exercise Programme aimed at preventing and managing falls in identified older individuals.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Postural Stability Instructor with responsibility for developing, delivering and managing the programme with the drive and commitment to achieve the outcomes defined by Public Health Commissioners.
