The University of East London is a dynamic, diverse and rapidly expanding university at the heart of Europe’s largest regeneration area and close to the Olympic Park. UEL is taking a direct and significant part in the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and planning for a key role in their legacy.

We are seeking an experienced strength and conditioning coach to coordinate, develop and enhance the high performance strength and conditioning service and facilities offered to athletes and clubs at UEL. Working with colleagues you will provide the drive and determination to develop one of the most extensive athlete support services in London.

With a degree in a sports-related subject and UKSCA accredited, you will have substantial experience of working in a high performance Sports & Conditioning (S&C) environment and an in-depth understanding of the High Performance infrastructure in the UK, including a record of working with EIS, TASS, UKSCA and NGBs. Experience of delivering a comprehensive S&C service to individuals, groups and to sports organisations linked to the wider community is essential, as is experience of managing staff and S&C facilities.
