40 hours per week – some out of hours working required
Circa. £35,000 per annum plus benefits

As a world-class venue recently voted into the top three leisure facilities in the prestigious Members’ Choice awards, we want to make “The Club” the Central London arts and leisure facility, welcoming all sections of the community to a diverse, ambitious yet inclusive programme of events and activities.

Our Fitness Programme provides a high quality and cutting edge programme to meet the needs and aspirations of members within the framework of our visionary objectives for the next phase of the Club’s development. A highly qualified fitness professional, you will play a key part in the strategic, creative and practical implementation of this goal, with overall responsibility for a Fitness Programme team of around 150 staff and volunteers. As a representative to internal and external stakeholders you will negotiate and develop an exciting programme to help fulfil our vision for the future.
