About the Role

We're looking for an outgoing Fitness and Wellbeing Manager with an infectious passion for Fitness and Wellbeing, with the drive and desire to help our members reach their goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle, short and long term. Someone who will provide a first class all round service with a strong focus and passion for improving and maintaining our members’ general wellbeing.  

You will be the manager of a large team, and be expected to lead and manage our varied programme of services including:

  • Delivery of a superb gym floor experience for all of our members
  • Integrated wellbeing and fitness programmes
  • Group exercise classes
  • Personal training
  • Swim and racquets programme

You will have a continued and clear presence in and around the club, supporting our members by responding to their needs proactively and reactively.

As a motivated and enthusiastic member of the team, you will be involved in club and company promotions, with the chance to express your own creativity and ideas. 

Skills/Experience required

  • Experience of managing large Personal Training programmes is desirable
  • Experience of managing studio and swim programmes is desirable
  • Experience of managing multidisciplinary teams is desirable
  • A fitness industry recognized qualification. (Premier/Lifetime Diploma or similar and / or Sports Science degree / HND) Reps level 3
  • Lifeguard qualification is desirable, but not essential.
  • First aid qualification is desirable, but not essential.
